1 Before ordering the machine, the professional engineer of our company will do evaluation, and make the whole solution according to the customer’s product.
2 Unisplendour Suneast profession engineer will do job-site survey and guide the electrical installation before machine arriving.
Machine installation service
1 Unisplendour Suneast A/S engineer will be at the customer site and guide the installation, unpacking and debugging when the machine arrives at the customer site.
2 The A/S engineer and the customer will check the equipment configuration and the accessories according to the contract, and then sign the delivery note.
3 Unisplendour Suneast engineer will train the operator of the customer until the operator can operate the machine independently.
4 After finishing installation and confirming the running situation, the two sides will check if each function of the machine and sign the acceptance certificate according to machine running state table.
Follow-up service after installation
1 When the equipment can be used normally, Unisplendour Suneast team will follow up if the production is normal or not.
2 Two weeks after installation, Unisplendour Suneast will arrange a routine inspection.
3 In the latter part, Unisplendour Suneast team will arrange a call-back per month to fully understand the usage state of the equipment.
1 24 hours high quality service: on call service, even there’s equipment failure at night, Unisplendour Suneast will also timely response and arrange maintenance.
2 During the warranty period, if there’s machine malfunction and not because of the operation reason, Unisplendour Suneast service team ensure to immediately response after receiving the written notice from the customer and arrive at the customer site within 4 to 12 hours. The general failure will be handled within 4 hours.
3 During the warranty period, Unisplendour Suneast will arrange regular call-back, and there will be regular on-site service 2 to 3 times per year (maintenance and maintenance instructions).
4 During the warranty period, if there’s machine malfunction and because of the operation reason, Unisplendour Suneast service team ensure to immediately response after receiving the notice from the customer and arrive at the customer site within 4 to 12 hours.
5 If there’s machine malfunction out-of-warranty period, Unisplendour Suneast service team ensure to immediately response after receiving the written notice from the customer, after confirming the maintenance fee and parts fee with the customer, the engineer will arrive at the customer site within 4 to 12 hours. The general failure will be handled within 4 hours.
6 Provide life-long after-sales service for the equipment.
